Femi Agboola is a pastor, broadcaster, and the co-founder and president of Oneway Broadcasting Network, a global Christian television network reaching viewers on television, web, and mobile. Over more than thirty-five years he has served the church in every role from janitor to pastor — Sunday school teacher, usher, choir member and director, youth worker, media and computer ministry, prayer and evangelism.

He is the author of Intimacy With God: A Journey Into a Life of Supernatural Experience, and his new book, Growth Will Cost You: The Price of Becoming Who God Made You to Be, is forthcoming from OBN Publishing. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership at Oral Roberts University, where his research focuses on spiritual leadership, organizational culture, ethics, belonging, and human flourishing.

He was born in Ijare, Ondo State, Nigeria, and now lives and works in Texas.
